Arbois Trousseau 'Grevilliere' 2003, Dom Daniel Dugois

I adore this delicious, elegant, musky, lightly coloured wine made from the Trousseau grape in the Arbois region of Jura. It's old fashioned wine in every sense. Amidst a host of more intense wines around our family table, this was the first to disappear. Try with guineau fowl or smoked meats.
