Delivery

Currently our preferred carriers for delivery are Parcelforce, and for local deliveries, Fastway

For customers in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly we charge £10 per case of 12 bottles, regardless of quantity.

Parcelforce delivery does not allow us to specify an exact delivery date and time. If you are out when Parcelforce attempt delivery, they will leave a card explaining how to rearrange delivery.

We attempt to make the delivery within 5 working days of receipt of your order, but frequently, subject to stock availability, deliver within two working days. Even if you receive a prompt message thatpayment has been processed, please be aware that occasionally further delayscan occurs whilst the transaction is authorised to Bacchus Wine.

It is a requirement of Parcelforce that all deliveries must be signed for. We do not accept delivery instructions such as “leave at back door” in the event of the recipient not being available to receive the goods.

Please ensure that you are signing for the correct amount of boxes in any given consignment.

International delivery

Due to prohibitive shipping costs, unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK (including the Channel Isles).
