'Les Servieres' VDP de l'Herault 2006, Dom d'Aupilhac

100% Carignan from 100 plus year old vines, but dont expect a gnarly old wine. It is fresh, aromatic and definitely full of character, akin to an old fashioned Burgundy (Pinot Noir). No herbicides or pesticides are used in the vineyard.
